At JACQUEZ, we work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the conditions outlined below.​

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

​Return criteria, all garments: 

 

• Be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached

• To not have any makeup or smell of perfume/deodorant so please take care when trying on your order.

 

Items Not Returnable:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• PERMANENTLY MARKED DOWN/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
