How long does an order take to arrive?

Standard shipping inside the US takes about 3 to 5 business days.

​International takes 14 to 26 business days

On Orders Over $100 we offer FREE Shipping 

On Orders Under $100  Shipping cost is $5.00

Additional Information

 

Delivery time excludes weekends and public holidays. For same day dispatch please ensure orders are placed before 12pm (aest) on a business day.

 

Please note, during sale periods or special promo sales, there could be a slight delay with shipments due to the capacity of orders.  We will try to do our best to get all orders out within 3 business days during sale periods.

 

Jacquez is not responsible for and are not obliged to refund for the below reasons:

 

Shipping address that has been incorrectly entered by the customer upon placing the order.  In the event that a shipping address has been incorrectly entered and cannot be delivered The shopping company  will Return to Sender which can take up to 10 business days for us to receive it.  We will then resend the parcel to the customer and new shipping charges may apply.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. 

 

Jacquez Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jacquez purchase. If you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to accept returns of full-priced purchases for a store credit note within 15 days from the purchase date. Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. 

 

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! 

 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. For all returns we recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not liable for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Please note that original shipping charges and taxes/duties are non-returnable.

 

Return criteria, all garments: 

 

  • Be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached

  • To not have any makeup or smell of perfume/deodorant so please take care when trying on your order

  • For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned

Returned items not received in their original state will automatically be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to return the garment to the customer if we believe the garment is not in its original condition.

 

Items Not Returnable:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • PERMANENTLY MARKED DOWN/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Cancellation of Orders

 

Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot cancel the order for a full refund however we can refund in the form of a store credit. If you would like to change your mind on an order you will need to contact us immediately within business hours, if the order has not been shipped we can cancel the order for you and apply a store credit to your account.

 

Product Display

 

With all our online images, we do our best to display the true colour of the garment however as computer monitors and settings may vary we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colour of the garment, it may vary slightly. 

 

store Credit

 

All returns will be issued with a store credit in the form of a gift certificate within 3 working days, there is a 3 year expiry date on all store credits.

 

Due to the fast turnover of stock we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason all returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available. Once the store credit is processed you will receive an email notification. Store credits will only be issued for the returned garment/s less original shipping costs if there was one.

 

What to include in the Refund Policy

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. 

 

 purchases are subject to our Standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment.
